Return & Exchange Policy
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
Need to change it?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at help@clinkcuddle.com.
Include your order number and the correct address.
We can't change addresses after your order ships.
Important:
If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we may not be able to offer a full refund or replacement.
Customs & Taxes:
You're responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply.
We can't control delays due to customs.
Damaged Items & Replacements
We'll gladly replace wrong or damaged items.

We can't replace items damaged after delivery.
Lost Packages
If your package is stuck in transit for 2 weeks or missing after delivery, we'll send a replacement.Check the FAQ page for more details.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
You'll cover the return shipping costs.
Include your order number and desired action (return or exchange) in your return package.
